Order Changes
Custom order details, including colors, design elements, personalization, and any requested add-ons, are discussed and finalized before a custom listing is created.
By purchasing your custom listing, you confirm that all design details are accurate and approved. Any requested changes after purchase may not be possible and, if accommodated, may result in additional charges and/or an extended production time.
Artistic Discretion
By placing a custom order, you acknowledge that you are purchasing a handcrafted piece of functional art. While every effort is made to follow your requested colors, theme, and overall vision, artistic techniques and creative judgment are part of the handmade process. Minor variations from digital mockups, inspiration photos, or customer expectations are normal and are not considered defects or grounds for cancellation, return, or refund.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to all shop policies, including the Return Policy, Shipping Policy, and Terms of Service.
